1. Open photoshop Ctrl + o --> open file
Ctrl + A --> select all
Ctrl + C --> Copy image
then Ctrl + N --> New image
next step Ctrl + V --> Paste here
to do free transform Ctrl + T
then resize from one end
and save it for web.
2.to create duplicate select the area then Ctrl + J
and merge by Ctrl + E --> merge
